By accessing or using MCPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MCPro provides premium Minecraft server hosting services, including modpack management, server provisioning, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Distribute malicious software or content
- Abuse server resources or disrupt the Service
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
5. Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided per our refund policy.
6. Creator Program
Creators in the MCPro Creator Program are subject to additional terms regarding content licensing, revenue sharing, and platform guidelines.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
MCPro is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
