How do I connect to my server?
After launching a server, you'll see a server address on your dashboard. Copy it, open Minecraft, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, and paste the address.
Can I switch experiences without losing my data?
Yes. MCPro automatically creates a backup before switching. You can restore any previous backup from your server dashboard.
What Minecraft versions are supported?
We support Java Edition 1.16 through the latest release. Each experience specifies its compatible versions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and your server will remain active until the end of your billing period.
How does the Creator Pool work?
15% of all MCPro revenue goes into the Creator Pool each month. It's distributed to creators based on how many server hours their experiences generate.
I'm having connection issues. What should I try?
Check that you're using the correct Minecraft version, verify the server is running on your dashboard, and try connecting with a direct IP. If issues persist, contact support.
